Description:
In challenging times, we have several choices. We can blame others; sit and worry; keep our heads down, stay off the radar and hope no one notices we’re still there; or we can take action. In this session, we will discuss what actions are being taken and what actions you might consider. This is about finding solutions as a leader, and helping your organization or department get through the current business challenges stronger and better equipped for the future.
When you leave, you will be prepared for:

Breining Group, LLC
Theresa Breining, CMP, CMM is a principal with Breining Group LLC, whose focus is facilitating, training and consulting in the meeting industry. Terri has been in the meeting planning industry since 1976, and has been responsible for producing meetings around the globe.
Considered by many to be a thought leader, Terri is an activist working tirelessly on the continuous advancement of the level of professionalism in the meeting industry, and has been serving as adjunct faculty for meeting planning programs for universities throughout Southern California for over 20 years. She is a sought after speaker, presenting educational workshops for a variety of business entities, and co-authored a book with Jack Phillips, entitled Return on Investment in Meetings and Events. She has been recognized professionally many times over the years, including her inclusion several times on the list of “Most Influential People in the Meeting Industry” by Meeting News Magazine. Most recently, she was selected for induction into the Convention Industry Council’s Hall of Leaders for 2010.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the function. No-shows who have registered by fax, mail or via the web, who have not cancelled their reservations will be charged the registration fee.

What’s it all about? Where does it come from? How can I get some? Come join us for an interactive roundtable discussion led by Sandy O of the Creative Juice Group. In this discussion we’ll learn tips on getting inspired, tips on staying inspired and tips on finding creativity and inspiration when you think there’s none to be found. Everyone is encouraged to attend… we can all use more creativity in our lives. Just one tip before we begin leave your ego and inhibitions at the door, be prepared to get involved and have FUN!
There is no cost to attend the 4:30 p.m. Roundtable, but you must be registered to attend the monthly program in order to also attend the roundtable.
